Refund policy

At Cause Threads, every product is custom printed to order. Because of this, refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. In most cases, this will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued when a replacement isn’t possible or appropriate.

✅ Order Issues We’ll Resolve

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@causethreads.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description

We’ll review your request promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.

🖼️ Canvas Prints

Canvas prints are produced using high-quality materials. Minor variations in texture, color tone, or appearance due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, or the natural characteristics of canvas material are not considered defects.

🔷 Refunds Not Available

Because each item is custom printed to order, refunds are not available for:

• Sizing issues or fit preferences (please review our Size Guide before ordering)
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color or texture variations in canvas prints that do not affect print quality
